Membership Policies

The terms that keep ABC Network functioning as a network built on trust and follow-through.

Each chapter admits only one member per industry category. If your category is filled in your preferred chapter, we'll waitlist you or suggest a chapter where it's open.

Members are expected to attend at least 75% of weekly chapter meetings. A qualified substitute may attend in your place. Three consecutive unexcused absences may result in membership review.

Referrals should be genuine, warm introductions — not cold leads passed along without context. Members are expected to log TYFCB (Thank You For Closed Business) honestly and promptly so the network's reported numbers stay accurate.

Members are expected to treat each other, visitors, and staff with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or misrepresentation of your business will result in immediate review and possible removal.

Membership dues are billed monthly or annually depending on plan. Cancellations require 30 days' written notice. Dues are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Information submitted through the membership application (contact details, business information) is shared with chapter directors for admission review and, upon acceptance, made visible to other members through the directory. We do not sell member data to third parties.

Each chapter permits a limited number of visitors per meeting, by member invitation. Visitors interested in the seat for their category may apply for membership directly through this site.
